Blueprint Development Meeting

Blueprint
The Blueprint Development Meeting, a discovery meeting, precedes all Professionally Created Custom Websites. It is also available alone or with branding or other web design projects. It is a marketing meeting to be sure your new site will be consistent with your expectations, brand, other marketing, and your customers’ expectations. The meeting and proposal avoid add-on fees by assuring you and Richterworks have the same understanding about what is (and is not) included in the site proposal. We take the time to review your wishes for the site and discuss with you the best ways to achieve your desired results, within your budget and time parameters. After the meeting, you will receive a proposal including:
  • what we have agreed to as I understand it
  • a clear layout for the site pages and menu (a blueprint)
  • what will be included on each of the pages
  • what I need from you regarding content and
  • what I’ll provide regarding features we have discussed
  • the cost of the project as outlined.
Because the Blueprint Development requires a major investment of time, experience and expertise, and provides the client with a “blueprint” with recommendations for their new site and content, there is a separate fee for this meeting. One client told us that this meeting alone was worth the cost of his website.

Brand
Don’t yet have a “brand”? The Blueprint Development Meeting will get you started toward defining a look and message to carry into all your marketing. If you are a new business, or just planning a new business, this is a great place to start your marketing process. Many people think a brand is merely a logo, but its much more than that. I can help you get a good handle on what you want to convey to potential clients.

Of course, a logo is necessary too, and I can help with that as well. It’s important that your logo is in the right formats so you can use it everywhere, from your website to print marketing to banners and merchandise.
